About Scholarship: In collaboration with a local SME, Cranfield University offers an MSc by research studentship of up to £12,000 for the period of one year with the potential to extend to up to 3 years. The studentship will also cover the tuition fee of £6,950 for Home/EU students only. The focus of this MSc by research award is on bringing to market a new dry eye health care product. This MSc by research project will require workshop and writing skills combined. Knowledge of engineering processes and a technical understanding of concept-to-creation processes is desirable, however, you will be expected to write an academic report based on patent and CE marking requirements. Throughout the project the candidate will be expected to meet with the industry sponsor and academic supervisor on a regular basis to research and develop exciting proposition that could be brought to manufacture.
