Faculty of Medicine and Life Sciences offers Postdoctoral Research Position in the field of Immunology at University of Hasselt, 2012 Belgium
About Scholarship: The candidate will work in frame of an inter-universitary program named “T-TIME” (IUAP funded). The IUAP network groups Belgian research groups with excellent track record in T-cell immunology and aims to provide in depth knowledge of T-cell regulation and tolerance. As one of the partners, BIOMED will focus on autoimmune T-cell responses and immune-senescence in the context of multiple sclerosis.
The successful candidate will also be involved in the guidance of PhD students working in frame of this project. The candidate will work at BIOMED, an interactive and well equipped Institute of Hasselt University, focusing on fundamental and applied research in immunology, neurosciences and cardiology. In BIOMED a total of 130 people are employed of which more than 50 are pre and postdoctoral researchers.
