Award applies to the 2013-2014 academic year at Colorado State University. All students with one year or more of study at Colorado State University, including sophomores, juniors, graduate students and international students are encouraged to apply.

-Maintain a cumulative 3.0 GPA while at Colorado State University.

-Demonstrated involvement in and commitment to international activities/leadership at Colorado State University.
