Scholarship Description: A Junior Research Fellow position is vacant in a project entitled, “Characterization of structural and dielectric properties of nanosized oxynitride layered perovskite (Bi2O2)(Ba/Sr/Ca)0.5X0.5A2O4N2 (X = Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+; A = Nb5+, Ta5+) ferroelectric ceramics prepared by chemical route,” sponsored by Department of Science and Technology (DST), India.
